Cancellation policy
Subscription orders
When you select a subscription, your payment method is charged for the first order at checkout and then automatically for recurring orders according to the plan you select. The subscription continues until canceled, subject to any minimum commitment in that plan. One-time purchases do not automatically renew.
Current subscription plans
- Evermind: $39.99 per recurring order, billed every 30 days, with no minimum number of recurring payments.
- Daylift: $39.99 per recurring order, billed monthly, with a minimum of 2 payments, including the initial payment.
- NeuroClear: $39.99 per recurring order, billed monthly, with a minimum of 2 payments, including the initial payment.
- Stillmind: $22.90 per recurring order, billed monthly, with a minimum of 2 payments, including the initial payment.
These are the current plans as of November 3, 2026. Your order confirmation and the subscription terms accepted when you placed your order describe your own plan. Existing subscriptions may have different terms. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Canceling or changing a subscription
To request cancellation or a change, email shopcherishedmind@gmail.com with the email address used for the order and your order number. Contact us before your next renewal charge is processed. Any minimum commitment in your plan applies to your cancellation request. Contact us to confirm the effective cancellation date. We will confirm the status of your request by email.
Canceling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund an order that has already been charged. Refund requests, including requests under our supplement guarantee, are handled under our refund policy. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.
